5. How to request access
Requests must be made on the prescribed PAIA Form 02 (for a private body) and submitted to the Information Officer at info@absolutevisas.com. The request must:
- Provide sufficient detail to identify the record requested.
- Identify the right the requester seeks to exercise or protect, with an explanation of why the record is required.
- Be accompanied by the prescribed request fee (where applicable).
6. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on any of the grounds listed in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including protection of third-party personal information, commercial confidentiality, legal privilege and protection of research.
