All official immigration and visa decisions are made by the relevant authority — not by us.
2. No guarantee of visa approval
Visa adjudication is entirely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or immigration authority. We cannot and do not promise:
- That your visa will be approved.
- That your application will be processed within any specific timeframe.
- That a previously issued visa will not be revoked or amended.
- That immigration rules in effect at the time of consultation will remain unchanged.
